I have tried a lot of fat burners, and a lot of different methods to lose weight. I started using an app on my phone to count calories. With diet and exercise (using the app to count) I wasn't losing too much weight, when based on the numbers I should have been. I had previously tried lipo 6 black hers (not concentrate) without diet and exercise and had a little bit of success, so I figured I would try the concentrated version with diet and exercise. I began losing about 2 lbs per week consistently. It says to take the pill for 2 months, but I normally take it for about 3 weeks (since after 3 weeks I feel like I plateau). After I stop taking the pill and continue with diet and exercise, I continue to lose the 2 lbs per week. I'll start the pill again in about another 2-3 weeks. The only downfall is that you CANNOT have any other source of caffeine. No coffee, soft drinks, tea, even excedrin. But, if you are trying to lose weight, you really should only be drinking water, so it's not so bad. All in all, I absolutely love this product and definitely recommend it.

I used this product throughout my deployment and now am using again to lose some post partum weight! with proper diet and excercise this pill does wonders!
